Do We Ship?
All sales are FOB our factory
California. Prices listed do not include shipping & handling
charges. Shipping & handling
charges will be added to your order. Our distributors will
quote you the shipping and handling charges at the time of
your order. All items shipped by motor freight will be shipped
freight collect. Our policy is always to give you the best
service and the best rate!

What Is The Standard Warranty On American Classic Wheels?
Warranty extends to original
purchaser and is not transferable.We want you to be pleased with your purchase!
Our classic wheels are guaranteed to be free from defects
in workmanship and materials for three years. We are not
responsible for tire and tube failure due to improper mounting,
mechanical failure, improper alignment of the vehicle or
improper lug attachment. Chrome or coatings are covered for
90 days from purchase (please see proper
care on our Tech page). Wheels are covered for 30 days out of roundness. All
tires and tubes should be installed by properly trained individuals.
All balancing should be done of the lug pattern, not the
center hole as it may be off (please
see mounting and balancing on our Tech page). Warranty
extends to original purchaser and is not transferable.

What Do I Do If My Package Arrives Damaged?
In the rare instance your package
arrives damaged, there are certain steps you should take.
Always immediately inspect the contents of your shipment.
Notify the carrier if damage has occurred. Boxed
merchandise must be kept in the original shipping carton
for inspection. DO NOT return damaged items to American
Classics Wire Wheel until inspected by the shipping company.
The Package must be inspected at the point of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the
merchandise in good condition. In the unlikely event that
you receive a package that has been opened or damaged,
make sure the driver notes this fact on their delivery
sheet.
